Here's the info Rich sent in.
The Beatles played two shows at Nippon Budokan Hall in Tokyo on 30th June and 01st July 1966.
The shows can be identified by the following clothing the Beatles wore during their performances.
During the first show, they wore dark charcoal colored jackets with dark red shirts (30th June-'66).
During the first show, Paul makes comments about his microphone just before I'm Down, and in the film the microphone keeps drooping and is insecure.
***[ This Is That Show ]
For the second show, they wore the light colored grey-almost white jackets with the same dark red shirts (01st July-'66).
Both shows were at 6:30 pm.
Both shows were professionally filmed and recorded.
The set list was identical for both shows.
The Beatles give inspired performances, and seem happy and jovial to be in Japan.
The tour began in Germany on 23rd June-'66 with three shows in Germany (23rd, 24th+25th), followed by these two shows in Japan.
On 04th July-'66 they performed in Manila, Philippines and there was huge press controversy.
This was at the height of controversy over John's remarks that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus Christ.
They didn't perform again until the August-'66 USA tour, which was their last.
A great piece of history....
